I have been going to Sports Clips for around 4 years and Kirstie has always cut my hair and always does a great job. Sign-in online is very easy and cuts down on the wait time. I have never had to wait more then a few minutes and they always take care of me. Highly recommend.

Sent this message after get Kristy responded to me. We never herd a word back from her. Bad business will never say a good word above this place. Kristy, My son went to the salon and came home with a hair cut where you could see the scissor lines in the sides of his hair. He requested that she leave his crown longer (so it wouldn’t stick up) but he wanted the top and sides short (sides shorter than the top). She told him she couldn’t cut the sides and top shorter so he basically looked like he didn’t even get a haircut at all, except for the sides which were left long and again with scissor lines. This is clearly difficult to describe so will attach a picture. image1.jpeg Again this isn’t the type of situation that can be described in email by a non professional. I visited the Memorial Blvd location recently. The wait was already unusually long but I waited anyways because my son and I both needed a haircut badly. After waiting for a half hour I was next On Deck. However, rather than cutting my hair the employee walked to the front counter, clocked out, and left. There was nobody else in the waiting room. My wait time went back to 13 min. This is very unprofessional and rude.
